At ISG Rents our priority is great customer service, our team is here to answer your questions from start to finish of your rental period! Below we've compiled some of our most frequently asked questions to get you more familiar with us and how we operate when you rent equipment from us. Our goal is to get you in the best equipment for your job and get your team to work. 1. How long is the rental period?

We have daily (1 day), weekly (7 days), and monthly (28 days) rental period options. Our team understands that different jobs have different timelines that's why we offer short term rentals and longer term options. 

2. When can I pickup or return my rental?

Pickups and returns can be scheduled between 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM Monday-Friday. Just give our team a call to schedule your pickup and return.

3. Do you charge for delivery?

Yes, delivery charges are based on several factors and can be quoted upon request.

4. How and when do I pay?

Rental charges are due at the time of pickup or delivery.  We accept payments by company check or credit card.

5. Do you provide insurance, or can I purchase a damage waiver for my rental?

No, we don’t provide either.  Your insurance provider will issue you a certificate of insurance listing ISG Rents LLC as additionally insured.  A sample of minimum coverages will be provided for you and your agent.
